The closed-cell phenolic foam is a non-friable, air blown foam and offers excellent structural properties together with exceptional high temperature and fire resistance.

The foam is self supporting and is designed for the manufacture of Sandwich Composite Panels (but not only) to achieve an A60 temperature rating.

PhenCell can be tailored for any specific use and manufactured to other specific densities in the range of 100 kg/m^3 to 1000 kg/m^3.
